Is the first water test really free?

Yes. The first site visit and water test is completely free with no obligation. We test all six KKM parameters, show you the results, and explain what your pool needs. You decide whether to proceed with treatment.
How quickly can you come if my pool is green?

For urgent situations in KL and Selangor, we target same-day or next-morning attendance. Call or WhatsApp us directly rather than submitting the form — we'll prioritise your request and confirm a time immediately.
Do you offer one-off treatments or only contracts?

Both. We can perform a single Sparklear™ treatment for immediate compliance, or set up an ongoing maintenance contract with scheduled visits. Many clients start with a one-off treatment and convert to a contract after seeing the results.
We failed a KKM inspection — can you help urgently?
